Strawberry yogurt overnight oats with banana almond oatmeal cups


Strawberry yogurt overnight oats

  1. 140g strawberry yogurt
  2. 2 tbsp instant oatmeal
  3. 1 tbsp milk
  4. 1/2 tsp flax seeds/ chia seeds
  5. Sliced fresh strawberries

Banana almond oatmeal cups

  1. 1 medium banana (mashed)
  2. 2 tbsp honey
  3. 1 egg white
  4. 6 tbsp instant oatmeal
  5. 4 tbsp almond slices


Strawberry yogurt overnight oats

  1. Combine in a container the strawberry yogurt, instant oatmeal, milk and flax seeds/chia seeds.
  2. Mix well and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the oatmeal to soften.

Banana almond oatmeal cups


  1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
  2. Combine in a bowl the mashed banana, honey, egg white, instant oatmeal and almond slices. Mix well.
  3. Scoop 1 1/2 tbsp of mixture into each portion of an oiled muffin tray.
  4. Press each portion of the mixture with a spoon and create a well.
  5. Bake the mixture in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove the baked oatmeal cups from the oven. Cool the muffin tray before removing the oatmeal cups and cool further on a cooling rack.
  7. The cooled oatmeal cups can be eaten immediately or be refrigerated overnight.
